1 General Terms

2.3 Registration Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account. Your name, address, mobile number and date of birth must be entered correctly. Providing false or incomplete information will prevent account verification, and withdrawals may be delayed or rejected.

• An active email address must be provided.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ll99 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through four mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 for each payment method
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is required or unusual activity is suspected, additional verification may be needed and a slight delay may occur.

4.4 General Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met unless bonus conditions have been fulfilled.

• Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

VIP benefits and cashback are always at ll99's discretion and may change without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ll99 uses fair play technology. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined or manipulated.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, ll99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Any attempt to gain an advantage by exploiting software bugs or errors will result in winnings being voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

The stated odds apply when placing bets in the sports betting section. Bets may not be accepted after an event has started or after a specified cutoff time. ll99 reserves the right to change the odds for any event.

10.2 Closure by the User
